Sikkim Awards 2023
The vision for Sikkim Awards was to highlight and celebrate the deeds/work of people of Sikkim and to encourage them and acknowledge their efforts, their hard work and the struggles they’ve faced in their sectors. It is to make everyone aware that the work they’re doing is being recognised and valued. We want our people to stand out for excellence in their field of work. The government bodies also recognises the effort and success of our people and we’d like to motivate and create new opportunities for everyone to grow.
Positude hosted this auspicious event once again for the year 2023.
Miss Northeast India
Miss Northeast is a beauty pageant that showcases talents and grace of young women from the eight Northeastern of India. Organized by Positude, a Gangtok-based event management company, the grand finale of Miss Northeast 2023 took place at the picturesque Saramsa Garden, near Ranipool, on November 5, 2023.
Thirteen beauties from the North East had gathered to compete for the Miss Northeast 2023 crown.
Sikkim Awards 2022

National SC-ST Hub
National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), is an ISO 9001:2015 certified Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME).
On 26th February, 2019 Positude was given a chance to organize ‘National SC-ST Hub’ which was a state conclave where different and respective members have attended the event and shared their ideas and opportunities to help in implementing various integrated support services as regards Marketing, Technology, Finance and other sorts of support to MSMEs.
Festivscape 2022 (Guwahati)
Festivescape 2022 was a musical and fashion event organised by The Indian Army (Guwahati) on inauguration of the Brahmaputra Hall. We at Positude supported the event as event co-ordinator.
North East Beauty Pageant Organization (NEBPO)
For the first time in history, all the eight North Eastern states have come together to organize Miss North East Beauty Pageant for the northeastern girls under the banner of Northeast Beauty Pageant Organization (NEBPO). The meeting was held at Kohima, Nagaland on April 20. The first edition of Miss Northeast will be held in Nagaland in September this year and second edition will be conducted in Sikkim next year.
Mr. Bijay Subba and Miss Anisha Chettri of Positude have been appointed as Finance Secretary and Publicity Secretary of the organization respectively. The Positude team also got a chance to meet with the Adviser to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Nagaland, Mr. Abu Mehta. The Nagaland government has accepted to fund the first edition of Miss Northeast this year. Positude believes that the Government of Sikkim would encourage Sikkim to have this beauty pageant in our state in 2023.
Sikkim Skill Fest and Job Mela
Skill India or the National Skills Development Mission of India is a campaign launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Organized by Skill department and the labor department in the year 2017. Positude was given a chance to manage and operate the event as the ‘event coordinator’. Or girls were also approached to showcase fashion in different respective fields and it’s indeed a great experience and wonderful program to host in our state ‘Sikkim’.
